RiseDrivers Group/Investor overview/Guild & Academy

Build the ecosystem behind the next generation of companies.

RiseDrivers is a founder-led business guild and holding company. We help ambitious people build, launch and grow stronger companies through education, infrastructure, community and aligned long-term support - and we hold a stake in the ones we take furthest.

RiseDrivers does not simply invest in companies. It builds the conditions in which more companies can succeed.

01The opportunity

Founders rarely fail for want of ambition.

They fail because the right skills, systems, infrastructure and relationships arrive far too late. Every one of those things exists somewhere - just never in one place, and never early enough to change the outcome.

RiseDrivers sits in that gap, and stays there.

Accelerators

Run for twelve weeks, then hand the founder back their own problem.

Agencies

Sell disconnected deliverables with no stake in whether the business works.

Investors

Arrive after the hardest, least fundable work is already done.

Founders

End up stitching learning, tooling, people and distribution together alone.

02The model

Four parts of one machine.

Each part earns its keep on its own. Together they compound - which is why this is one group rather than four businesses that occasionally refer work to each other.

Academy

Practical education from first idea through to funding and scale.

  • Staged courses: Foundations, Build, Launch Ready
  • AI simulations for high-stakes conversations
  • Missions that ship real work, reviewed by a person
  • Open membership, subscription revenue

Guild

The selective inner circle: community, accountability, shared knowledge.

  • A very small number of companies each year
  • Monthly meetups and cross-promotion
  • Warm introductions across the portfolio
  • Admission earned on demonstrated capability

Infrastructure

The engine room: technology, systems, distribution and operations.

  • Product and platform builds, AI and automation
  • Social growth and content distribution
  • Dashboards, analytics and shared internal systems
  • Operational and commercial support

Portfolio

Selective minority ownership in the companies we support long term.

  • Equity for launch support and infrastructure
  • Each brand keeps its own identity and founder
  • Cross-referral revenue between companies
  • Value compounds as the network grows

10%

Partner model

Selected portfolio companies typically provide RiseDrivers with a 10% minority stake in return for launch support, infrastructure, partner access, Academy resources, commercial guidance and ongoing participation in the ecosystem.

Ownership is selective and negotiated case by case. Academy members, commercial partners and service clients are not automatically equity holders - the stake follows a full partnership, never a subscription or a contract.

03Guild & Academy

One arm selective. One open to everyone.

Two products, two sets of economics, one pipeline. The Academy is where capability is built and where subscription revenue comes from. The Guild is where the group takes a stake in the founders who prove it.

The Guild

Selective · equity · long term

A venture studio and shared-services group rather than an agency. RiseDrivers takes on three companies a year and works as an embedded growth partner in exchange for a 10% stake, supplying the strategy, marketing, technology and automation a founder would otherwise have to assemble alone.

  • Technology, AI and platform builds through the group's own studio
  • Social growth, content and distribution as a shared service
  • Build fees and retainers alongside the equity position
  • Cross-promotion, referrals and a shared operating hub
The guild hub

The Academy

Open membership · subscription · scalable

A membership platform that teaches entrepreneurship by doing, serving founders across the UK, Canada and the USA at any stage - including pre-idea. It carries its own recurring revenue and doubles as the group's qualified pipeline: the main pathway founders use to become guild-ready.

  • Staged courses - Foundations, Build, Launch Ready - on tiered subscriptions
  • AI simulations for pitches, negotiations and hard conversations
  • AI tools that work against the member's own business profile
  • Guild-readiness tracking, so admission is earned on evidence

The Execution Engine

AI simulations of the conversations that decide a company - investors, clients, co-founders - briefed on the member's own business.

AI tools

Senior-level feedback in seconds, run against the member's real business profile rather than a generic prompt.

04Why it compounds

Every successful founder strengthens the next one.

Capability, relationships, deal flow and portfolio value all feed back into the same loop. Each turn makes the next one cheaper to run and more likely to work - which is the entire reason to own the machine rather than any single company inside it.

  1. The Academy develops founders

Staged courses, AI simulations and reviewed missions turn raw intent into demonstrated capability.

  2. The strongest enter the Guild

A handful of companies each year, chosen on the work they have already shipped rather than on a pitch.

  3. The Guild supplies the engine

Technology, systems, distribution, partners and operational support - built once, used by everyone.

  4. Portfolio companies grow

Each one adds revenue, referrals into the other companies, and a minority stake the group holds long term.

  5. Proof pulls in the next founders

Results and case studies make the Academy the obvious front door - so the next turn starts with better founders.

  6. …and the loop starts again, stronger.

05What investors are backing

£500,000
into growth infrastructure.

Not a single product bet. The raise builds the engine every founder and every portfolio company runs on - the parts that are expensive to stand up once and cheap to run for everyone afterwards.

07The investor proposition

You are backing the engine, not one startup.

Investors participate in the growth of the RiseDrivers platform and its wider portfolio ecosystem: the academy, the infrastructure, the partner network, and the minority stakes the group builds up over time.

Liquidity

The current model is a four-year participation followed by a fair-market-value liquidity review - continued holding, founder or third-party purchase, or a partial sale are all on the table. There is no guaranteed buyback.

  • Equity in RiseDrivers itself
  • Exposure to a growing portfolio of minority stakes
  • Potential dividends from future portfolio exits, where applicable
  • Visibility into portfolio development
  • Board observer rights, subject to final terms
  • Access to a high-quality founder and partner network

Investment involves risk and returns are not guaranteed. Portfolio participation, dividends, liquidity and governance rights are subject to final legal documentation and company performance. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities or investment advice.

08Why us

Founder-led and operator-built.

Operator-built, not slide-built

The Academy, the guild hub and the group's internal systems are live software this team designed, built and runs.

A structured founder pathway

Learning is organised around missions that end in real work for the founder's own business, and every course is reviewed and signed off before it goes live.

A partner network already inside the group

Technology and social distribution sit within the group rather than being bought in per project, so support starts on day one.

Professional foundations

An established relationship with a leading international law firm's London office means equity, founder agreements and partnership structures are set up properly from the start.
