They do not cover the terms of an actual partnership or investment relationship with an accepted company - those are set out in a separate written partnership agreement.

2. Applying to join

Submitting an application through the enquiry form creates no obligation on either side. Applications are reviewed at RiseDrivers' sole discretion, and we typically respond within five working days. Being accepted or declined is not a guarantee of any outcome, and progress through any informal conversation does not itself create a partnership.

3. What this site provides

Information about RiseDrivers, our partnership model, and how to apply. The site is provided "as is". Nothing on it is an offer of investment, partnership, or any financial product, and nothing is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in an application.
• Scrape, abuse, or spam the enquiry form.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, including branding, copy, and design, belongs to RiseDrivers or its licensors.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
