Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 July 2026

1. Who we are

RiseDrivers ("we", "us") operates risedrivers.com, the public site for our founder collective and venture studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or apply, why, and the choices you have. For questions or requests, contact us via the enquiry form on this site.

2. What we collect

We don't require an account and don't take payment on this site. We collect:

  • Application data - your name, email, business/brand name, and the answers you give in the application form (why RiseDrivers, your goals, your current challenges), submitted when you apply to join.
  • Usage analytics - if you consent via the cookie bar, anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device type.

3. How we use your data

To review your application and respond to you, and to improve the site via aggregate, consent-based analytics. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of processors:

  • Netlify - hosting.
  • Google Analytics - usage statistics (only with your consent).

5. If you join RiseDrivers

If your application is accepted, the partnership relationship (including any further data sharing needed to provide strategy, marketing, and IT systems support) is governed by a separate partnership agreement, not by this website policy.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the enquiry form and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (the ICO in the UK).

7. Retention & security

We keep application data for as long as needed to consider your application, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reapply or we want to follow up - you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, note the change here.
